About Thermoforming

Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and trimmed to create a usable product.

This process involves heating, forming, and trimming to create high-quality, customized packaging solutions.

Our Thermoforming Products

Thermoformed Trays
Trays

Plastic thermoformed trays are created by heating a thermoplastic sheet and forming it using pressure or vacuum against a pre-fabricated die. Faster and efficient than traditional moulding.

Blister Packaging
Blister Packaging

Blister packaging forms a bubble or pocket (blister) completely covering the product, providing secure, transparent and protective packaging.

Clamshell Packaging
Clamshell Packaging

Clamshell packages consist of two joined pieces that fully enclose the product, ensuring high durability and protection.

ESD Trays and Non-ESD Trays

ESD Trays are stock and include anti-static and conductive options. ESD-Safe Trays are used for packaging, shipping, and storage of small electronic parts, circuit boards, PCB, PCBA, and other electronic components.

Non-ESD Trays are used for the general handling and storage of items that are not sensitive to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). Unlike their ESD-safe counterparts, which are made of conductive or anti-static materials to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components, non-ESD trays are typically made from standard plastic and are suitable for non-electronic items like food, office supplies, general parts, or common tools where static electricity poses no risk.
